Answer:

It is a physical change in which water vapor enters the air as water and stays water. This is no separation of hydrogen and oxygen at all. In electrolysis, separation occurs in the liquid phase, and thus water molecules are broken down before phase change

Answer:

If you want to separate the constituent Hydrogen and Oxygen in it then you have to perform Electrolysis which is the process of passing a direct current between two electrodes separately dipped in water with some common salt dissolved in it. As everyone answered, water stays water (H2O) even as steam after evaporation.
