When water is frozen in glass bottles,it is advised not to fill the bottle completely.explain the reason.

Water expands when it freezes. If you fill a bottle with water, you leave some room at the top so the ice has somewhere to go. If you fill the bottle all the way, it'll burst because the ice has nowhere to go. Well, either that or it'll overflow if you happen to leave the bottle unsealed.

it is bcoz when it is fully filled the ice when melts to water , the water exerts pressure from Inside thus breaking the bottle made from glass
