When we are guilty , we are upset about past and when we procrastinate we think about future (may be) so, according to you we should not think before or how to be in present like quick actions without any worry? How are you all ? I am greatful : )

Sometimes what happened in the past burdens our minds. we are unable to forget what happened and ultimately these thoughts of past take us to the thoughts of our future, like "what will happen next? " But to overcome our problems we need to focus on present.
Now, just remember one thing that no one in this world is so cool that past doesn't matters to them.
Just ask yourself, even if you think about past, can you change anything? Be critical and your mind will snap you with an answer, No.
If your mind goes to future, ask yourself, can you even change that, No.
So you will ultimately come to present.
