By sneezing, our body tries to expel the dust particles from the air we inhaled so that only clean air enters our body. The particles get trapped in the hairs of the nostrils. Sometimes when we take a deep breathe, these particles enters the nasal cavity through the air. This results in irritation of the mucus lining of the nasal cavity and we sneeze hardly.
