When we breathe why only oxygen enters our nose other than other gases present in the atmosphere ?

When we breath in not only oxygen but also other gases enters in our body but the amount of oxygen is more as compared to other gases. Oxygen is more important to our body as compared to other gases so this is the reason why we need more than the other gases.
