When we do a physical excercise our body needs energy and we respire fast but our body not get sufficient oxygen and anaerobic respiration takes place that's why our body gets cramps ? Explain why ?

During anaerobic respiration, lactic acid is also produced along with 2 ATPs. That lactic acid produced in muscles is cause of cramps

During anaerobic respiration lactic acid is also produced which slowly gets accumulate on our muscles. And after some time it automatically gets removed.
