The ambient air pressure lessens as one rises in altitude. When the air pressure outside the bags is lesser than that inside the bags, like at higher altitude, the air in the bags expands causing thebags to inflate in size.

pisu88: good explanation
mehr90: thanks
mehr90: tell me why electrons are present outside the nucleus nor to the inside
pisu88: bcz inside the atom positive charge particle proton are present which repell the electron ouside the atom
mehr90: how was it possible becoz when protons are present in the nucleus nor outside
pisu88: u r not getting my ans
shivangi4555: wait i will explain
shivangi4555: as same becoz the protons and neutrons which are present in small nucleus at the centre of the atom .Almost the entire mass of the atom is in the nucleus becoz the electrons , which are outside the nucleus , have very , very ,very small mass . so it is acoording to theory and their charges electrons are present outiside the nucleus

When we go up the pressure outside is comparatively low therefore a force is created. Hence the chips packet expands.
