Increase in temperature increases the electrical resistivity of the conductor and vice versa.

Therefore on increasing temperature in manganin resistivity increases.

And when the temperature of metallic conductor increases, the velocity of free electron increases, which cause some extra hinderence and therefore the resistance also increases.
