when we make a homemade vacuum cleaner then we put up a fan inside it and we all know that a fan gives out air then how can that vacuum cleaner take in the air

who said that fan not take air this statement is wrong. for ex, in ac the fan takes hoter air and gives out cooler air.this principal also works in vacume cleaner the fan sucks all the dust particles in the floor or tiny particles.
