there is a huge pressure inside the bottle and when we open it it is pressure move out of the bottle.

most of the soda drinks are carbonated .
those drinks are made at low pressure when we open the bottle the pressure inside the bottle increases so the gase dissolved in it comes out which creates bubbles.
