when we rub two hands a frictional force is produced which is emitted as heat. Frictional force is produced where there is a kinetic force acting between the two objects. This frictional force is liberated as heat.

When you rub your hands together thats mechanical energy. Once you hands warm up its heat energy. itsheat energy due to the motion between the hands is changed to heat.
