When we stand on the surface of the earth every square centimetre og our body experiences atmospheric pressure that is equal to the mass og 100 kg. this pressure is sufficient to grind our body but nothing happens to us. why?

Part of the reason is both the pressures eliminates each other.


Alternately, the pressure is balanced.


Because the inside of our body is pressurized like the environmental pressure.


When there is disbalanced, we can feel the pressure.


For instance if you have a mild cold and your Eustachian tubes inside the ears are shut.


Otherwise when you are a passenger in an aircraft that is descending, you feel the increasing atmospheric pressure during landing.
