when we take out a bottle from fridge which is very cool we can see water droplets on its surface why explain?

Water droplets are formed because when water vapour comes in contact with cold surface of the bottle it condenses and water droplets appear.

When a water bottle is taken out of a fridge the water molecules present in the air hit the surface of the bottle, as a result those molecules settle on it and burst out.
Hence we find water droplets on the surface
