When we throw a ball upwards, what happens to its speed while it is going up? Give reasons for your answer. ​

While we throw a ball upwards, it speed decreases continuously till it becomes zero.

Reason:-

  • Their is downward acceleration (g) which acts on the ball in the opposite direction of speed........

(g) is gravity with value 9.8m/sec²
