when we try to push a very heavy box on ground,it does not move at all.which force is preventing this box to move forward?where does this force act?​

first we have to push the box in opposite direction then box will move easily because the friction force in opposite directions

When we try to push a very heavy box on ground, it does not move. This is because the box exerts gravitational force on the ground which is greater than the force exerted by us on the box. This gravitational force acts downwards and prevents the box from moving.
However, if we apply a force on the box which is greater than the force exerted by the box on the ground, the box will move.
