For example:- Suppose you had taken a pen from a shop yesterday and now you have to remember this incident then you will chatter in your mind same sentence as written just above in bold letters, i.e. You had taken a pen from a shop yesterday.

This same phenomena will happen when you have to tell someone about this incident.
