when will you say a body is in uniform acceleration and nonuniform acceleration

uniform acceleration- car moving on a highway
non uniform acceleration- brakes applied to a moving vehicle
uniform accel when a body is moving at a constant speed and non uniform accel when body is not moving at a constant speed..

A body is said to be in uniform acceleration when it is increasing its speed equally in equal intervals of time.
A body is said to be in non uniform acceleration when it is increasing unequal amount of speed in equal intervals of time.
