The price of the shirt in the first shop is = MRP - Discount = 1000-200 = 800 rupees. The price of the shirt in the second shop is = MRP - Discount = 1000 - 15% . Now we have to find the amount of discount that is 15% of 1000 = 15/100 x 1000 = 150 rupees. Thefore the amount of discount = 150 rupees. The price of shirt in second shop = 1000 - 150 = 850 rupees. Thefore I would buy the shirt in the second shop.
