Hey!

Reaction - Zn (s) + CuSO4 (aq) => ZnSO4 (aq) + Cu (s)

When you dip the zinc granules in copper sulphate solution, a displacemnt reaction takes place and Zinc being more reactive displaces copper from its sulphate solution and then copper stick on the zinc Granules.

Copper sulphate solution is blue in colour, when this reaction will take place, after that, the solution colour will turn into colourless.
