Where and how the chromosomes formed? State their significant.

chromosomes are not formed they are transfered from parents . Half comes from one parents and the other half comes from other parent . thereafter it gets multiplied.

in the nucleus the genetic materials are present in the form of network of thread like structures called chromatin . they condenses to form Chromosomes.

Significance :-

they carry the genetic information
