  2. Chromosomes are composed of genes which includes the DNA material of the cell. The genes are present on chromosomes in circular bands to maintain the allele homogeneity of parents.
  3. Chromatin material is the DNA material, also called chromatin thread, and replicate themselves so as to maintain the gene homogeneity after the cell division.
