Stomata, the microscopic openings or pores, are present in the epidermis of leaves and young stems.

Stomata of a leaf control gas exchange in the leaf. Diffusion of carbon dioxide into the leaf for photosynthesis and oxygen and water vapour out of the leaf, is greatest when the stomata are open during the day.

Stomatas are fond on the lower surface or part of leaf and they are responsible for exchange of gasses at mornig stomata inhale carbon dioxide and exhale oxygen and at night vice-verca. I hope it will help u and don’t forget to mark me the brainest.
