helen was very much close to nature...once when she was sitting with her mother....she was attracted by the flickering shadow of leaves and slipped from her mother's lap and ran towards them..the physical loses perhaps had given helen extra sense of perception.....she,guided by the sense of smell could discover flowers....she used to roam in the garden and the roses attracted her most...
