where did the frog live and what did he do there?

the frog resided in Bingle Bog and considered itself to be a great musician of all times. day and night, it croaked and croaked. the harsh croaking had created veryirritated residents and they tried to stop him by throwing at him various things and jeering at him. but nothing stopped the frog  from what he considered 'singing'.
