Muhammad bin Tughluk was the Sultan of Delhi from 1325 to 1351. He was the eldest son of Ghiyath al-Din Tughluk, the Turko-Indian founder of the Tughluk dynasty. He is considered as the maddest ruler in Indian history because he implemented foolish laws and plans which proved to be destructive,

One such foolish step which he took was to change capital of the empire from Delhi to Devagiri (Now Daulatabad, in Maharashtra). Once he tried a foolish experiment. In this experiment he Catapult some people toward Delhi from Daulatabad.

He also invaded Kumaon region, increased taxation in Doab region and several foolish steps which proved that he was a foolish.
