The ADP and NADP molecules are already present in the cells of the organism which when turbulence with water and inorganic phosphates use the energy released to form the ATP and NADPH molecules.

as molecules of NADP and ADP bump into the thylakoid membrane they pick up electrons and phosphate respectively and then transfer their high energy cargo to the calvin cycle.
