*Lipids are synthesized in(SER)  Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum from where they are transported to the cell membrane.

*Protein are synthesized by the ribosome in the cytoplasm.

*They are then transferred to golgi complex and ER (Endoplasmic Reticulum) for further modifications from where they reach their destinations.
