heya friend here's your answer...
The same place as all the others. Proteins are synthesised in ribosomes on the rough endoplasmic reticulum and lipids in the smooth endoplasmic reticulum. They fuse with the cell membrane and orient themselves through hydrophilic and hydrophobic interaction with the cell and it's envrionment.

Proteins are synthesised in ribosomes - membrane proteins (for the plasma membrane and all other membrane systems in the cell) are synthesised on the Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum (where the ribosomes adhere to the membrane, and synthesise proteins "into" it).

Lipids are mostly synthesised in the Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum.

Proteins are synthesised on the ribosomes attached to the rough endoplasmic reticulum. Proteins are then utilised to form the mosiac in the pholpholipid bilayer of the plasmamembrane.

Answer:

They are synthesised in the ER (endoplasmic reticulum).
