Hey buddy here is ur answer ......
→ The splitting of water produces electrons for ETC and Oxygen which is the ultimate acceptor of that electron as well.
→ So O2 “released” inphotosynthesis comesfrom water and not CO2 .
→ Rather CO2 provides the carbon atom for glucosesynthesis
