Where does the salt in oceans come from?

Glaciers contain salt and melt into the ocean.
Pollution from trucks adds salt into the ocean.

• The slightly acidic rainwater falls on these mineral containing rocks and the dissolves the mineral present in those rocks.

• Later that mineral dissolved rainwater get mixed into the ocean water which increases the all over salinity.
