Answer:

The synthesis of food in plants usually takes place in the green parts of the plant where chlorophyll is present .It usually takes place in leaves of the plant. The stomata is found under the leaf where it opens and absorbs carbon dioxide from the environment and the upper surface absorbs sunlight and the roots absorbs water , nutrients and minerals and these all combine together to make food which is transported to various parts of plant by a tissue called phloem.

Hope it helps you.
