If we begin with a Lorentz transformation E′=γ(E−vpx)E′=γ(E−vpx), express E′E′ as a function of u′u′, EE as a function of uu, and pxpx as a function of uxux and uu, (and divide the two sides by mc2mc2) ,we will find your equation.
