Red blood cells and cornified cells in the skin, hair, and nails contain no nucleus hence they do not contain DNA .

Your Answer:
A. Mature Red Blood Cells.
B. Nails are just keratin, a protein that your body produces. Any DNA found there would be from skin cells that have been scraped off when you scratch yourself.
C. Hair strands do not have DNA, it is the hair follicle at the base that has cells which contain DNA.
D. Urine or feces by themselves do not have DNA, however, the epithelial (skin) cells that got eroded are excreted too and they contain DNA.
Hope this helps..
