Heya! I believe, you needed the steps for adding bullets and numbering in MS office ( Word ) , as it isn't mentioned in the question,  so I have framed my answer accordingly.

Microsoft Office Word is an essential part of the Microsoft Office Suite.The Microsoft Office Suite's main essential parts are Word, PowerPoint, & Excel. These three packages are included in every version of Office such as Office365, OfficeHome, OfficeStudents etc.... It is a powerful word processor that can be used to create, save, edit, print, format etc..a document.

Here in my answer, whenever I use the term Word, it refers to MS Office Word 2007 .

What is ment by Bullets and Numbering ? Bullets and numbering- both are used to create lists but, the difference is that bullets show a special symbol like → or a dot while numbering shows numbers against the list items.

How to use lists in word? Follow these steps to create lists in MS WORD:

1. Open MS Word.
2. Place the cursor where you want to insert the list.
3. In the HOME Tab in the PARAGRAPH Group, click the bullet or numbering option as per your requirement.
4. Type your content and hit enter for the next bullet/number.....
