Where is the ozone layer found? What is ist importance and how it is being destroyed?


sahilhussain10: Ozone layer is located in the stratosphere in a region that is 10 to 50km above the earth and it protect us from harmful UV rays(Ultra Violet rays) and it is destroyed by Cfc (chloro floro carbons)

Ozone Layer found in upper layer of stratosphere .
It is important because it prevents us from the harmful ultraviolet rays.
It is been getting destroyed by the harmful (CFC) chlorofluorocarbons

Ozone layer is found at in lower portion of stratosphere. It is very important for existence of life on earth because it absorbs most of the harmful uv radiation coming from the sun and prevents them from reaching the earth .

it is being destroyed due to use of chemicals called chlorofluorocarbons..
