Hey mate
The fertilised egg is developed into a baby in the Uterus of the female.
The egg when gets ready in the human female i.e., during menstruation when egg is released, it is stored in the fallopian tube of the ovary.
The egg is stored in the fallopian tube for a few days in order to get fertilised.
When egg is not fertilised, it is released and results in the monthly menstruation cycle.
But when the egg gets fertilised by the sperm, it is transferred to the Uterus where it is placed in the protection of the Uteral lining in order to provide nourishment to the growing embryo.
Hope that helps you
