It is differed in terms of payment of wages.

Role in family-

            Men- Supports the family economically.

             Women- supports the family emotionally.

Role in society-

               Men- acts as head of family, but representing the family.

              Women- acts as the care taker of family, by showing charitable work for the family by their love.
