Where will apprentice premium go in final accounts

Apprentice premium is the benefit the employer will be getting .It may be lower wages or longer working hours or valuable experience or knowledge .Some reputed companies charge a fixed sum for taking as apprentice and for issuing apprentice certificate .This is called Apprentice fee or Apprentice Premium .
