The only way a new organism is genetically identical to the parent is clonning.  It is a process of producing genetically identical organism. It involves only one parent which results in identical clone.

In a normal case, a new organism can not be genetically identical to the parent because, fertilization involves both father's sperm and mother's egg which results in a zygote which has both parental traits.
