Both biomes must adapt quality of temperature regulation.

In aquatic marine biomes, fishes have gills that allow them to breathe the water. Other animals are mammals that need to come to surface to breathe but spend much of their lives in the water, so they must adapt quality of temperature regulation.

The mammals of taiga biome must adapt characteristic of temperature regulation to survive the cold winter.

Both taiga and marine aquatic biomes should regulate their body temperature. In aquatic marine biomes, fishes have gills which helps in retaining the temperature by allowing water to pass through the gills. This helps in retaining the temperature of the aquatic animals. Other animal come to the surface of water so they can regulate the temperature of the body by coming to the surface.
