• Nonproducers that means they are not productive. Nonproducers do not gain their own food so they depend on others that's why we say they are no producers.

• Below 18 years of age, people are considered as none producers because they are not physically and emotionally strong.

• Above 60 years age people are considered senior citizens. They are not continued in the working population.

• That's why these two age groups are considered as nonproducers.
