x - rays and radio waves can be polarized.

explanation : polarisation means that we filter the wave and we only select the part of the wave that oscillates in a specific direction.

here, x - rays and radio waves are transverse waves. as we know, in transverse wave, particle oscillates perpendicular to direction of motion of wave. note that there are more than one direction perpendicular to direction of motion. so, it can be polarized.

while sound wave is longitudinal wave. it can't be polarized as oscillation of the wave is always in the direction of propagation.

Hii

you are welcome in my and

wave which is polarised is radio and x rays because when it passes through polariser if follow unidirectional path and both are electromagnetic in nature .
