The answer to the question would be a shrimp.


This is because, if we check out the anatomy of a shrimp we will notice that the heart of a shrimp is located just behind the brain.


Also, the head of the shrimp and its thorax is covered by the one and only exoskeleton which gives it an impression that its heart is in the head.
