Both Mercury and Venus can do this. Either one also can at other times be seen after sunset for some time.

Venus is the most obvious because it’s both closer to Earth and bigger than Mercury and is further away from the Sun so is visible for longer both before sunrise and after sunset. For this reason, Venus is known as both the ‘Morning Star’ and the ‘Evening Star
