A political party, which follows value based politics, shall refrain from devising any legislature that is more favourable for a particular section or class of people except for any legislation that ensures upliftment of any backward classes specified in the provisions of the Constitution or any legislation that ensures women’s empowerment or any such legislation that does not violate the basic principles of the Constitution.
A value based politics does not encourage any party to explicitly carry out any promotion or favour for any person within their political circle.
In India, it happens sometimes that any leader or a party with a particular belief or having a particular class become slightly bias towards development of a particular group of people.
