The replication of DNA replication takes place during the S-phase of the interphase, however no chromosome replication occurs.
The duplication of most of the organelles occur in the G1 phase.
While, mitochondria, chloroplast and Golgi bodies duplicate in G2 phase.
Please don't forget that G1 (gap 1), S phase, G2 (gap 2) are all part of the resting phase called interphase in which the cells just prepares for cell division.
