After a huge and lenghty analysis I came to know that the most important and easiest chapters for civics part are:

The president

The prime minister

Supreme court

I can bet full 20 marks in civics section.

But if you have interest in that huge lesson of Rajya sabha and lok sabha then you can be double sure as the first question of the civics part is always from that chapter but since you have to do only 2 questions the chapters i mentioned will surely do.
