In rural areas:-

1. landless people with little land or no land to depend upon

2. traditional artisans

3. providers of traditional services

4. petty self-employed workers

5. and destitutes including beggars 

In urban areas -

The working members who are generally employed in ill-paid occupations and casual labour market .

I would say people who are prone are the people who are influenced by social  media and other forms of media. The people who have access to technology and who have the option to pick what they eat.
