You can argue a couple one of the islands near to Cuba (Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands) are also the USA(though technically they are a USterritory and a Commonwealth USInsular Area). But no, there's nothing to argue that Mexico, Central America orSouth America belong to the USA.
