Hey there,

"O positive" is the most common blood group in humans.

Reason: There is much more of I° allele in the gene pool. And hence the chances of getting I°I° is more.

Positive blood group is most commonly found in humans (99% people's blood is positive), because it comes from an antigen Rh, called Rh factor. Rh means Rhesus, an ancient monkey...If you have this Rh+ve antigen in your blood, you are positive, otherwise negative.

And O positive blood is most commonly found. Because The blood group O is universal donor and it has two antibodies a and b, and no antigens. O Positive because of the Rh factor.
